Change is constant.

Today, students navigate change as they prepare for work that doesn’t yet exist, and organizations grapple with how technology, learning, and leadership must evolve to meet current and future challenges.

My work connects how individuals learn with how institutions change.

I began by helping students master personal effectiveness—how to learn, focus, plan, and perform under pressure—and I now apply those same principles at scale, helping professionals and organizations navigate transformation with alignment, intention, and measurable outcomes.

For the past eight years, I’ve led major organizations through complex change, designing learning experiences and change strategies that help people adapt, upskill, and perform in high-stakes environments.

Drawing on international experience and cross-sector work, I help diverse audiences—from students to senior leaders—translate uncertainty into strategy, and strategy into sustained action.

Christina offers practical frameworks for navigating change, learning, and growth.

Through every chapter of my career, one thing has remained constant: I love helping adults learn, transform, and grow.

Meet Christina

I’m a former U.S. diplomat with an insatiable appetite for travel, learning, and sharing what I know. After more than a decade in higher education, I spent several years as a consultant for one of the world’s Big Four consulting firms.

A teacher at heart, I’ve dedicated my life to education, personal development, and transformation. My mission is to share the best of what I’ve learned to help individuals and organizations succeed.

Sure, I’ve done some impressive things, but I’m also a first-generation college student who learned to turn everyday effort into extraordinary results. Now I teach that success is a system, shaped by intention, structure, and strategic action. That framework anchors my presentations and workshops across classrooms, organizations, and stages.

What I teach extends far beyond the classroom. Whether I’m working with students preparing for the future of work or professionals navigating complexity and change, my focus is the same: practical tools, time-saving strategies, and mindset shifts that help people learn effectively, adapt with resilience, and perform at a high level—without sacrificing balance, momentum, or joy.
