Why I Speak
As a first-gen college student, I believe in the power of education to change our lives, our communities, and the world for the better. And I am passionate about sharing everything I’ve learned on my journey to help students and professionals alike achieve success—without burnout.
I’ve spent my entire career helping people and organizations learn, adapt to change, and ultimately transform from the inside out. Whether I was representing the U.S. abroad, guiding college and graduate students, or helping some of the world’s leading organizations through major transformations, I’ve seen firsthand how strategic planning combined with practical tools and a winning mindset can make the impossible possible.
I know what it’s like to chase big dreams while balancing competing priorities. My talks are for the people who want to continue to learn and grow, achieve big goals, and find a sustainable system that supports long-term success and daily joy.

Speaking Highlights
Over the past two decades, I’ve had the privilege to speak on behalf of a number of leading organizations including the U.S. Department of State, the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), and Deloitte Consulting.
At the age of 25, I was trained to speak on behalf of the U.S. Government by the State Department’s Foreign Service Institute and was sworn in to represent the United States in official diplomatic missions abroad that same year.
I later served as a professional speaker and adjunct professor for the Fashion Institute of Design & Merchandising (FIDM), lecturing to students of all ages throughout the greater Los Angeles area.
I facilitated high-impact corporate trainings, workshops, and meetings for hundreds of professionals at one of the “Big Four” global consulting firms.
Deliver keynote speeches at national conferences, including Dwell on Design at the Los Angeles Convention Center.
